Dmitriy is an assistant professor of government in the College of Applied Science and Technology at the University of Arizona. His research focuses on international conflict processes and the foreign relations between the United States and the aspiring global powers, especially China and Russia. Before joining the faculty at the University of Arizona, Dmitriy held a postdoctoral fellowship at the Fletcher School at Tufts University and a predoctoral fellowship at the Davis Center at Harvard University.
